Acting president Nino Burjanadze, on her own initiative, continues telephone conversations with Georgia's friendly countries' parliament speakers. Today the acting president held telephone conversations with the parliament speakers of Austria, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. All the countries' parliament speakers expressed there readiness to send observation missions to Georgia to monitor the January 5 presidential elections.
