The President of Georgia pays two-day official visit to Hungary
The official visit of the President of Georgia to Hungary started today. Official welcome ceremony was held at Budapest International Airport in honor of the President of Georgia. Mikheil Saakashvili visited city of Kiskoros, where the Mayor of the City met him personally and thanked Mikheil Saakashvili for his visit. As the Mayor of Kiskoros noted this visit will deepen relationships between two countries and strengthen friendship between the people of Georgia and Hungary. Mikheil Saakashvili laid flowers to the busts of two Georgian writers - Grigol Abashidze and Bagrat Kishunba Georgian writer of Abkhaz origins.
Mikheil Saakashvili will hold a meeting with his Hungarian counterpart Pal Schmitt. Two leaders will hold a tête-à-tête meeting at President's Palace where an official welcoming ceremony of the President will be held. Mikheil Saakashvili will hold meetings with the speaker of the Hungarian Parliament Laszlo Kover and PM Viktor Orban, as well as with the business circles of Hungary.
