On 18 May Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will leave for a two-day working visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to attend the World Economic Forum.

During the visit he will meet Jordanian King Abdullah II, after which the two leaders will sign a joint document. Also on the fringes of the forum, Saakashvili plans to meet Kuwaiti Prime Minister Nasir Muhammad al-Ahmad al-Sabah.

On 19 May Saakashvili will meet Croatian President Stjepan Mesic and later take part in an interactive session to be held in parallel with the forum.

The president will return to Georgia on 20 May.
