I welcome everyone!

For those who have never been to Bakhmaro, I would like to say that it is one of the best places I have ever seen in the world.

I want each Georgian to share the pleasure, which I and my family have experienced here for the last couple of days.

Everyone should come up to Bakhmaro and see the true Georgian miracle here at least once.

You arrived here on the best road, and towards next year there will be good, asphalted roads everywhere here.

You can say goodbye to the bad, muddy roads and ditches this year, because you will no longer see them from next year.

You can say goodbye to the dark streets this year, because every street will be illuminated next year.

Lots of children should come here next year, as we will build the best swimming pool for them. We already have its design.

We will have more sports complexes here and in a nutshell, everything is being done in order for children to rest well, get stronger and enjoy themselves.

There was nothing happening here in winter and people would only come up here in summer.

We have begun the necessary preparatory works for developing a ski resort here. We have already installed the wind radars and we are beginning the development of a ski resort already this year.

People should be able to come for the holidays here, both in summer and in winter.

We have incredible mineral waters in Guria and around these waters, from which Nabeghlavi is the most outstanding, we need to surely develop recreational areas.

Bakhmaro is the best resort in winter, as well as in summer and this place is the pride and beauty of Georgia.

All of this is being developed in order for the local population to find employment, to receive more income and not to be dependant only on the assistance of Georgia.

The local population should have their own small businesses.

The first hotel will open here this year, there will be three more hotels opened here next year, and the family businesses will be developed as well…

All of Georgia first, and then the whole world will learn now about the miracle of local importance, which had only been known to the residents of Guria so far.

This is what our objective is.

We have fulfilled what we promised four months ago, but I and Ramaz Nikolasvili, have far greater plans concerning Bakhmaro, and the Bishop knows about this too, as we always share our plans with him.
