I want to congratulate you all with this very important victory!

Your victory is a victory of country. Our people voted for you and great support was rendered to you at the same time. The biggest share of this victory comes on the preliminary trust and we have to justify their confidence.

Our final victory will come when we fulfill all promises that we gave to the people.

I want to express my gratitude to you for the participation in this election campaign. It is very important moment for Georgia now.

I want to call for all the political parties for the dialogue.

I understand very well the discontent of even the most radical part of the opposition. I understand their disappointment with the results of the elections, but we all should remember that this country, Georgia, belongs to everybody - to the ruling party, to the opposition - its moderate and radical parts, to those, who are aggressive and less aggressive. We have promised to give serious levers to the opposition in the parliament and we will keep this promise. We are ready to give them a number of positions, including that of Vice-Speaker, as well as in the parliamentary committees. I want to reaffirm my proposal - in other countries, the governments would not have done it. But we are ready to offer them various positions in the government as well, if they accept it. I am doing it because Georgia, our country needs to be united, needs to recover from injuries. It needs unity but not polarization. I think that no one should have any illusion that one can create problems to the authorities. The authorities are very strong, but we should not cross the line, over which the problems will be created to our country, as a whole. None of us should do something that will undermine the strength of our country, the reputation of our country, the position of our country in such difficult conditions in terms of the foreign policy. It is much better for long-term perspectives that our government gives everyone the opportunity to participate in the management of the country - this will make Georgia get stronger for long-term and not the government. The Georgian authorities are already strong as never before. But Georgia should be stronger. Therefore, we offer a hand of cooperation, friendship, mutual dialogue, unification around Georgia to everybody. This proposal will be understood by those people who voted for us, we represent them and also them who voted for the other parties. We represent the whole Georgia and we have to cooperate together for the interests of our country.
