The tourists' complex will be built in Kobuleti pine forest. 27 new buildings will be located in the entry of Kobuleti. Due to the Decree issued by the President of Georgia the land will be given to the businessman in symbolic prices.

"Everybody listen to me attentively - all of you who have several millions at home or in banks. In banks and in your pillows your money will not increase. We are offering you a project that will increase your money by two or three times. Let's give people jobs and double your property.

For this reason we will issue land here in Kobuleti pine forest, we will give you water for free and other communications as well. We will develop projects for free and what's most important if the construction starts before November 1 and take obligation that it will develop before August 1, 2011 the state will not charge you taxes. Now the space is lost aimlessly, do something and give people jobs. Our interest is accommodation of tourists", the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili stated.
