The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili visited Rustavi, where he opened the Agency of public service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The agency will offer the citizens different services and besides, the documentation needed for cars, they will have ability to get the license on carrying weapons and the certificate on conviction. The Minister of Internal Affairs attended the opening ceremony as well.

"This is the very case, when the government is to serve people, and not on the contrary. Everything is being done to protect the rights of our citizens, to get the ID cards, and all sorts of documentation. We do not have to urge people run here and there and pay incredible payments, but bring them to one place, where good-looking associates will serve them with smiles on their faces in a quick manner. This is their country and their government, that must create comfort and proper conditions for them" - stated the President of Georgia.

Mikheil Saakashvili also mentioned, that on his own initiative, Prison # 5 will be destroyed and a new modern center will be built. The dismantling will start in the nearest days, and the prisoners from Ortachala prison will be distributed in the newly built prisons.

"The country needs prisons, centers and other structures, but everything must be civilized, modern and human rights must be defended" - Mikheil Saakashvili noted.
