Mikheil Saakashvili expressed deep sorrow regarding the death of a talented Georgian actor – Ramaz Chkhikvadze. The President extended his condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased actor while sharing the pain and grief caused by his passing:

“I deeply regret that our country has lost a genius and an innovator - Ramaz Chkikvadze.

Mr. Ramaz was a distinguished star of Georgian film and theatre and a creator of an entire epoch. The cultural heritage expressed by his unique talent and originality, on which generations have been brought up, will forever stay in the memories of his audience.

I extend my condolences to the family and relatives of Ramaz Chkikvadze and I share the pain and grief caused by his death with the entire country” – noted the President in his condolence letter.
