            Your Excellency,

               It is with great sorrow that I learned of the death of numerous people in the traffic accident in Nykopol District of Dnepropetrovsk Region this morning.     

             The Georgian people deeply feel for those who lost their relatives and the nearest people.  

             Please accept my sincere condolences and I ask you, Your Excellency, to pass my deepest sympathy to the relatives and the nearest people of the dead.
