The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili laid a wreath on the Memorial of the Mukhatgverdi Military Cemetery and personally expressed his condolence to the families of the Militaries who fell dead in the war.

The Georgian anthem was played during the ceremony. Together with the President the Chairman of the Parliament David Bakradze, Defense Minister David Sikharulidze, former Minister of Defense David Kezerashvili, Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava, MPs, members of local administrations and opposition attended the ceremony. They expressed their respect to those who fell dead during of war with the minute of silence.
