The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili left for the United States

The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakshvili left for the United States with official visit. The Minister of Defense, the Minister of Economic Development and the Minister of Foreign Affairs are the members of the delegation. The President of Georgia will start his official visits on March 17th. He will meet the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, as well the Deputy Secretary in political affairs Lyn Pasco.

Mikheil Saakashvili will leave for Washington DC on March 18th. At the same day the President of Georgia will have an interview with Becky Anderson, on CNN.

The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili will meet the President of the United States George Bush on March 19th. Later that day Mikheil Saakashvili will make a speech in the Atlantic Council of the United States. The meetings with the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates are planned during the visit as well.

The President of Georgia plans to meet the representatives of the Georgian community on March 20th.

The President of Georgia will return to Georgia on March 21.
