I was shaken by the horrible tragedy which took place in the United States at the Sandy Hook School in Newtown, Connecticut. This terrible tragedy took the lives of 6 teachers and 20 children. It is hard to find words which could ease the pain of the friends and relatives of the deceased as well as the American people.

On behalf of the Georgian nation I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased, the American people, and government of the United States. The entire country of Georgia shares your pain and prays for the souls of the deceased.
