The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili expressed his deep condolences because of the earthquake that took place in Fergana district and that caused the death of 13 people.

Mikheil Saakashvili conveys condolences on the behalf of Georgian nation and as of his own to the people of Uzbekistan and to the beavered families and relatives.

"Georgia is ready to support brotherly Uzbek nation in all possible ways for the liquidation of results caused by the earthquake", says the letter that the President of Georgia sent to his Uzbek counterpart Islam Karimov.
