President Mikheil Saakashvili celebrated his 38th birthday on December 21 and received many congratulations from his counterparts in other countries. 
President Saakashvili marked his birthday together with at-risk people in the Gldani-Nadzaladevi district and, at a newly opened free canteen, presented roses to an 81-year-old womanwho had her birthday on the same day. 

President Saakashvili also opened a playground and a park he had promised to repair on December 7 in Temka, in the Gldani-Nadzaladevi district.
