Acting President Burejanadze meets director of World Bank’s projects for Georgia
Acting President of Georgia Nino Burjanadze today met the President of the World Bank's projects for Georgia Dausett-Kiorolo to discuss the issues of cooperation between Georgia and the World Bank. During the meeting the parties talked about the ongoing infrastructure and water supply projects in the regions as well as the projects related to the social protection and education reform.
As it was noted at the meeting, a new draft law had been developed with the participation of the World Bank's consultants that aims at raising the efficiency of the Chamber of Control. According to Nino Burjanadze the draft law had been submitted to the Parliament and would be adopted during the spring session.
„I hope that our cooperation will actively continue in the future," Dausett-Kiorolo said at the meeting.
