President of Georgia Met World Leaders within the frames of the OSCE Summit

President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili holds bilateral meetings within the OSCE Summit in Astana. The First Person of the country held negotiations with the State Secretary of the USA Hilary Clinton. State Secretary once again expressed open support to Georgia as the strategic partner and her wish for deepening of future partnership. Hilary Clinton once again underlined at the meeting that the United States of America support Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country. State Secretary stressed her attention on the role of OSCE in the regulation of conflicts of Georgia and spoke about the need for access of European observers to the whole territory of Georgia.  Hilary Clinton called the OSCE members for strengthening of efforts of the organization for regulation of the existing conflicts.    

When making speech at the Summit, the State Secretary of the US thanked President of Georgia for the new peace initiative that Mikheil Saakashvili made from the European Parliament tribune. When addressing, she spoke about the need of regulation of the conflicts in Georgia.  

Besides, President of Georgia met face to face with his Azerbaijanian college. Ilkham Aliev and Mikheil Saakashvili discussed issues of deepening of traditional relations between the two brotherly nations.

Today Mikheil Saakashvili held meetings with Vice-President of Swiss Confederation Mischeline Calmy-Rey. Sides discussed issues of bilateral relations, deepening the cooperation and importance of the declaration to be adopted within the frames of the OSCE Summit. 

Later on Mikheil Saakashvili held a meeting with Roza Otunbayeva, the Leader of Kyrgyzstan's interim government.
