The President of Georgia to visit France and Romania
The Spokesperson for the President of Georgia Manana Manjgaladze spoke about the upcoming visits of the President of Georgia.
A visit to Romania is planned on June 2-3; the President of Georgia will hold meeting with high-ranking officials there. On June 6, Mikheil Saakashvili will visit France, where he will meet the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France. Besides these meetings the President will deliver speeches at top Universities and research centers. "This is a very important visit. This visit aims a continuing support from France and the new stage of economic cooperation. We hope that the agreement on simplification of visa issuing procedures will be signed in June and this topic will be discussed during this visit as well. We hope that the ratification of this document will soon be realized", Manana Manjgaladze stated.
