The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili departed for the Republic of Armenia for a working visit, where he will hold meetings on highest level. Mikheil Saakashvili will meet the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in tête-à-tête format. Later the wide format meeting is planned as well. The sides will discuss issues of bilateral and trade relationships, as well as cooperation within the frames of international organizations.

The visit will last two days and the President of Georgia will return to Georgia on January 23.
