President Mikheil Saakashvili commented on the US President George Bush's possible visit to Georgia, saying that he had talked to Mr. Bush for several times in the last months and invited him to Georgia but he is not authorized to confirm this information until the White House issues an official announcement.

"Lets wait for an official announcement [...] Relations between Georgia and the United States are unprecedented and it is very important not only for us but for the entire region," President Saakashvili said adding that yesterday's visit of the US Senators, who expressed great support to Georgia, was a clear demonstration of this fact.
