"Daily Telegraph" responded to the speech delivered by the President of Georgia in
London
"Daily Telegraph" published an article on the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili's visit in London. Based on the President's speech in the experts' club Journalist Daniel Hanan writes that the majority of the world countries responded to the crises by taking more credits and introducing taxes, Georgia took another way.
"A liberal law was adopted in Georgia, which limits the deficit of Gross Domestic Product by three percent and it decreases state loan by 60 percent. The economic activity is determined by 30 percent. Accordingly, the number of government licenses and permissions was lowered. The citizens were granted the control on public service, including healthcare and education spheres. Georgia continues to develop even in the period of crises", it's said in the article.
