The President of Georgia met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan today. During the meeting Mikheil Saakashvili and Eldar Mamediarov discussed the wide spectrum of political, economic, cultural and cooperation issues between the two countries. The major topic of discussion was regional and economic projects that Georgia and Azerbaijan carry out together.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is paying a two-day visit to Georgia in the frames of which he will meet his Georgian counterpart, the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Parliament.
