The President of Georgia introduced the candidate of Majoritarian Deputy for Parliament Ramaz Nikolaishvili, to the population of the Shemokmedi Village in the Ozurgeti area. Mikheil Saakashvili stressed the effectiveness of projects implemented by the former Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, and noted that Ramaz Nikolaishvili will be the best defender of the interests of his constituents at the highest legislature of the country.

The Head of State drew attention to the infrastructural projects that are already being implemented in Guria. He later touched on future plans and noted that nobody has time to relax because this is the time for advancement and development of Georgia.

“If something needs to be done in Georgia, and 100 times more things need to be done, I will be the first one to tell you about it. If people have been employed in Georgia there are still 100 times more to employ, and I know this better than anyone. I know better that every family must benefit.  But if anyone is a symbol of rehabilitation in our country it is not the President, or the Prime Minister; it is one Gurian man named Ramaz Nikolaishvili. Whenever you speak with him you will instantly realize that there is no man in Georgia more Gurian than him. He has a Gurian passionate style, open-mindedness, Gurian open heartedness, and he never gives up and takes every affair to the end…we need people like him. We don’t have the luxury of time to lie back. This is why we only want one thing – give him and our team a chance to continue what we have started, so that every family benefits from it” – noted Mikheil Saakashvili.
