The President of Georgia expresses sorrow regarding the death of a Georgia corporal Givi Panstsulaia, who was killed as a result of an explosion caused by a wound from a grenade fired by enemy’s grenade launcher. Mikheil Saakashvili extends condolences to the family of the deceased soldier and sympathizes with his relatives and comrades in arms.

Corporal Pantsulaia was wounded in January 2012. The American side assisted him medically on site after which he was getting medical care in Germany and an American military hospital for months. However, the doctors were not able to save his life.
