The President of Georgia will evaluate the infrastructure that the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure has renewed in Stepantsminda. The Ministry has restored the Stepantsminda-Larsi 9 kilometer portion of road as well as the Sno-Akhaltsikhe 4 kilometer portion of road, which ends at the residence of the Catholicos-Patriarch. Every envisioned part of the above-mentioned road project has been completed. Water stream channels have been installed and artificial buildings constructed. The drivable portion of the road was paved with a two-color cover. The restoration works were jointly financed by the World Bank and the Government of Georgia.

Mikheil Saakashvili will attend the sanctity of the newly built Monastery Complex named after Archangels St. Michael and St. Gabriel, near the Georgan-Russian border. The first mass will be held by the Catholicos-Patriarch of all Georgia, Ilia II.
