During his trip to New York, President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili held meeting with President of the Republic of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski. At the meeting, the two presidents discussed ways to deepen already excellent friendly relations between the two country.

President Komorowski once again stressed Poland’s continued support for territorial integrity and the Euro-Atlantic future of Georgia and its accession to European and Euro-Atlantic structures.

Matters of regional security and stability as well as Georgia’s role in it were also discussed at the meeting.
