Today President Mikheil Saakashvili opened one more free canteen for the poor in Chugureti district which will serve 150 people every day. 
In the canteen President Saakashvili presented to the elderly people violates and medical insurances to mark the first day of spring. "I wish all of you good health. We are building dispensaries and medical polyclinics which means that you will receive treatments in much better conditions," President Saakashvili said.
