Today President Mikheil Saakashvili met with the President of the People's Republic of China, Hu Jintao, who is also the leader of the Communist Party of China in Peking. After the meeting the Georgian and the Chinese Presidents signed a statement on cooperation and friendship between the two countries. 
Cultural partnership agreement between China and Georgia as well as an agreement between the chambers of commerce has been signed. 

It is expected that the Chinese investments will be made in Georgia.
