The President of Georgia met Jaba Tkeshelashvili, who had been kidnapped from Tskaltubo region

Two days ago 21 year old Jaba Tkeshelashvili, was kidnapped from the village Opshkviti, Tskaltubo region. Jaba Tkeshelashvili has already been released. The President of Georgia met him and his mother at the State Chancellery.

"For several years already we haven't had a single fact of kidnapping in Georgia. The criminals imagined, that we lost concentration, they thought about the amnesty that was declared recently and they considered that was the right time for them to act, government was not able to react - in their opinion. We got worried about the fact; if the criminals reached their aims there would be very bad consequences and endless cases. I want the criminals to know - not to hope that during my term of presidency they will be able to act on their own will. The members and relatives of the legal thieves families did everything against winning my second term. This was a decisive battle for them. In their opinion - there would not be Saakashvili and everything would turn back - they have to know, that there is Saakashvili and we wont make them happy. This is very important and everyone must know it. It is critical now to take care of one another - stated the President of Georgia. Jaba Tkeshelashvili's mother expressed her gratitude to the President of Georgia and the Minister of Internal Affairs for the job done.
