Decree #155 of the President of Georgia on declaring March 04, 2010 as the National Day of Mourning
1. To revere the memory of the miners who tragically died in the result of a blast in the Tkibuli mine on March 2, 2010, March 4, 2010 is announced as the National Day of Sorrow.
2. In this regard all state flags should be lowered on the whole territory of Georgia on March 4, 2010.
