MikheilSaakashvili got interested in the details that caused the death of famous Georgian author MukhranMachavariani. The President of Georgia said that artificial heart massaging respirators would be installed in every public installations and locations of massive gathering. MikheilSaakashvili tasked AleksanderKvitashvili to prepare the program.

MikheilSaakashvili said that this apparatus significantly decreases the number of people who die from heart attacks.

“There is one defibrillator - an artificial heart massaging respirators installed in every public building in Japan. In every developed country the doctors are on duty everywhere. These apparatus’ are installed in every public building and people know how to use it. It is possible to save human lives in several seconds before the emergency comes.

This apparatus costs several hundred USD. Let’s develop a program, according to which this apparatus will be installed in every public building, in theatres, in stations, in schools. I am sure it will help us to decrease death cases. This program must exist in the nearest future and it must be realized in several months”, - MikheilSaakashvili stated.
