The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili visited Georgian-Italian leather enterprise in Rustavi. This enterprise opened year and a half ago and today it started to operate fully. Mikheil Saakashvili met the leadership and workers of the factory and held a dialogue with them. He got familiar with the ongoing process at the factory. He said that there are pretty high salaries at the enterprise and that these salaries are enough for one family. "The salary of technologist is 1500 GEL, the youth must understand that they have to choose the profession that will be useful for them in future. We had people who were professionals in this occupation, but today there are more professionals in other spheres. There are vacancies in this factory, but we do not have cadre. Families can live with this salary easily", Mikheil Saakashvili stated.
