The President of Georgia expressed deep sorrow regarding the accident that took place in Tbilisi caused by a natural disaster resulting in tragedy. Mikheil Saakashvili extends condolences to the families of the victims and sympathizes with their relatives.

5 persons have lost their lives as a result of a flood and mudslides.

All of the relevant rescue services were mobilized all night long during the natural disaster in order to maximally prevent further loss.
