The President of Georgia met with General David Patraeus – Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Mikheil Saakashvili and David Patraeus discussed a wide range of issues and current events. During the conversation the General also recalled the fact that he supervised Georgian troops on two fronts – Iraq and Afghanistan. As he told Mikheil Saakashvili, he is impressed by the bravery of the Georgian soldiers and their fighting spirit.

The meeting between the President of Georgia and General Patraeus was held at the headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency.
