President Saakashvili lays flowers to 9 April Victims Memorial
President Mikheil Saakashvili laid flowers to the 9 April Victims' Memorial in front of the Parliament to honor the memory of those who died in a 1989 tragedy.
President Saakashvili visited house of David Pailodze's, 9 April tragedy victim and called him and all the victims of the tragedy heroes.
Tbilisi Sakrebuli (City Council) presented David Pailodze an aid of 10.000 lari.
