Mikheil Saakashvili once again called on the world community to react in a timely fashion to the external threats of Georgia from the northern neighbor, and focused attention on the military exercises near the Georgian border.

The President once again condemned the abuse facts that have happened in the Georgian penitentiary system, and noted that the Georgian government reacted to them like a democratic government.
