The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili spoke by phone with Moldovan acting President, Mihai Ghimpu
The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili spoke by phone with Moldovan acting President, Mihai Ghimpu today. The leaders of the two countries discussed the issues of the natural disaster that happened in Moldova about two weeks ago. As Mikheil Saakashvili pointed out Georgia will deliver humanitarian aid to Moldova in order to eliminate the results of the flood. The Georgian side will build a village in Moldova for the people who suffered during the flood. Besides, Anaklia Youth Camp will host those 120 children, who suffered during the natural disaster in August. For this particular reason a special flight will be organized from Tbilisi to Moldova.
