Mikheil Saakashvili made a statement on the structural changes in the Government of Georgia. The President of Georgia expressed his gratitude to Zurab Pololikashvili - the former Minister of Economy for his job. He said that the Ministry of Economy will become a ministry of firm development and Vera Kobalia will lead it. The Head of Road Department Ramaz Nikolaishvili changed the Minister of Regional Development David Tkeshelashvili. David Tkeshelashvili was appointed as the Head of President's Administration; Irma Nadirashvili will be his deputy on this position. Departments of Youth and Sports will be separated from the Ministry of Culture, it will become a separate ministry and Vladimer Vardzelashvili will become the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs. Tornike Gordadze will become the Deputy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He will lead the European direction. Temur Janashia, the former Head of Administration will lead the State Security Service.
