Today, President Mikheil Saakashvili attended an opening ceremony at the Youth „patriotic" camp in Vartsikhe government residence yard, organized by Baghdati regional state department on youth issues.

During this period children will have access to the swimming pool and other recreation facilities. Through this summer the camp will host 450 children.

President Saakashvili dressed in a special uniform sang Georgian anthem with the children and was satisfied with conditions in the camp.

After visiting Baghdati district President Saakashvili went to Bakuriani and attended opening of the similar camp there.

According to the President Saakashvili this year the youth camps will host about 15,000 children and the number will double next year.
