The President of Georgia addressed the Asia – Pacific Summit

The President of Georgia participated in the working of the second Asia –Pacific Summit in Thailand. Mikheil Saakashvili addressed the summit and spoke about achievements of Georgia in the recent years. The Head of State focused attention on the indicators of the World Bank. According to Mikheil Saakashvili, Georgia was left with a tough heritage from the Soviet Union in terms of water infrastructure. The Head of State also spoke about the necessity of implementing new reforms, namely, in terms of hydroelectric power plants.
