Mikheil Saakashvili was unable to return from Bucharest as scheduled. The aircraft administered an emergency landing 10 minutes after taking off from Bucharest International Airport. The aircraft had a technical problem related to the landing gear.
Technical inspection of the aircraft is going on at this moment. The President plans to return to the country late tonight.
