The President of Georgia is participating in the Nuclear Security Summit and its plenary session in Seoul. Mikheil Saakashvili held bilateral meetings within the scope of the summit. Before the beginning of the official dinner, the Head of State personally spoke to the President of the United States Barack Obama, President of the Council of Europe Herman Van Rompuy, the President of Finland, the Foreign Ministers of Sweden and Germany, the Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan as well as the Prime Ministers of Norway and Thailand.
The leaders and heads of 53 countries have gathered in the capital of the South Korea in order to participate in the Nuclear Security Summit.
