In 2010, the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation published a joint study - “Doing Business 2011”, according to which, for 5 years since 2006 Georgia was awarded first place among 174 countries, as the most active reformer country.
The above mentioned study shows general economic changes, which are calculated by such indicators as the minimum time needed to start a business. This is a result of implementing the “One Window” principle and the heightening of the Investor Security Index.
