The President of Georgia met the NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe

Mikheil Saakashvili hosted the NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, US European Command Commander Admiral James Stavridis at the Presidential Palace today. The sides discussed the future relationship between NATO and Georgia and Georgia's participation in the ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) during the meeting. James Stavridis expressed his personal gratitude to the President of Georgia for the exceptional courage and dedication of Georgian soldiers.

Mikheil Saakashvili familiarized the guest with the carried on and ongoing reforms in the country as well as with the implemented and planned infrastructural projects.

The President showed the Admiral views of Old Tbilisi during the visit to the Palace.

NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Admiral James Stavridis is on his two-day official visit to Georgia.
