The President of Georgia met with the Deputy Administrator of USAID Donald Steinberg. The talks concerned the construction of high-pressure natural gas pipeline after which more than 25 thousand families in Poti will be supplied with natural gas. Employment of hundreds of locals is planned within the frames of the project.
It has to be noted that Poti industrial zone of Poti will be supplied with the same pipeline.
Mikheil Saakashvili thankes Donald Steinberg for the projects carried out by USAID during the meeting.
