The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili met the President of Cyprus Dmitris Christifias. During face-to-face meeting the state leaders talked about UN resolution on refugees and IDPs from Abkhazia and South Ossetia regions, which was not supported by Cyprus at the vote.
The President of Georgia considered it necessary to meet the first person of Cyprus in order to discuss future relations and cooperation.
