President Mikheil Saakashvili attended the presentation of new ambulances placed at the Freedom Square, in front of the City Hall today. President Saakashvili addressed the doctors gathered at the Freedom Square emphasizing that it was a special day since in every region of Georgia people would be able to use free emergency service.
State fund for social insurance has purchased 150 ambulances. 120 ambulances out of 150 will serve the regions.
Free emergency service will start operating from May 26.
