The acting president wished children a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and to live in a happy and dignified country.
"The key is to evaluate people based on personal qualities rather than to differentiate them with respect to a religious belonging. It is important to respect other nations' cultures as much as our own," said Nino Burjanadze while talking to the children.
