The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili visited commercial center construction site. "Uptown Tbilisi" is a huge commercial center. Two skyscrapers are being built at the territory. Arabian company "Rakeen Development" does the construction. Mikheil Saakashvili stated that Georgian government supports investments and this is why large construction projects are continuing. Company has not stopped working even during the world economic crisis. 400 people are employed on the construction site. 1300-1400 people will be employed on the construction of apartment building at the same territory.
"They have stopped investments all around the world and in our country they continue, because nobody asks bribes here in our country. Georgian government supports them and we have stability in Georgia. Hundreds of our fellow citizens will get incomes within these projects", stated the President.
