President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili responded to the fact of four-year-old Ina Tsarelashvili's health condition who, was taken by the parents on their own initiative from the intensive care department. President of Georgia called the Minister of Health to his office and got interested in the existing situation. Sandro Kvitashvili noted that health condition of a child is very serious and she needs permanent observations. He said that legally it was parents' decision to leave the child in a hospital, but the doctors insisted on leaving the child in the clinic due to hard health problems. President noted that when it concerns the child's health there should be no obstacles. President tasked Law Enforcement Agencies to act without any delay and the Minister of Health to carry out all necessary procedures to save the child.

"Are we a state or are we unable observers? In this case it doesn't matter how different sites interpret the law. The life of a human being especially of a little child stands higher than any religious attitudes, absolute lack of knowledge and any technical norm. I require categorically to return the child to the hospital in the nearest hours. I task the police and prosecutor's office if there doesn't work any other method to bring this child by force. We do not have the right to allow our state entities or the law to be found in the similar situation. Act without any delay. I am not interested in the opinion of the child's parents neither anything else - the most important is to save the child. As for the parents this matter should be judged in the court", stated the President of Georgia.
