After the match with Byelorussian team the President of Georgia received Georgian sportsmen in the President's Palace and congratulated them. The President wished them success and expressed his hope that they will successfully play on the next stage.
"This is the first time we are in the highest league. Wrestlers, weight lifters are very important as well, but team games are the major sports for the development of the country. Now we have to fight for the European championship. I do not remember the Sport's Palace filled with people", stated the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili.
